Installation Steps

Download & Extract

Click the download button above and extract the ZIP file to a folder on your computer.

Open Chrome Extensions

Navigate to chrome://extensions in your Chrome browser.

Enable Developer Mode

Toggle on "Developer mode" in the top right corner of the extensions page.

Load Unpacked

Click "Load unpacked" and select the extracted folder containing the manifest.json file.

Pin the Extension

Click the puzzle piece icon in Chrome toolbar and pin Webster for easy access.

Complete Setup Guide

Follow these steps to set up your Venture Factory account, create a Webster agent, and connect the Chrome extension.

Part 1: Account Setup & Subscription

Visit Venture Factory

Navigate to factory.tmrwgroup.ai and click "Login to Dashboard".

Sign In with Google

Click "Continue with Google" and sign in with your Google account.

Purchase Starter Subscription

After logging in, you'll be redirected to the Billing page. Click "Buy Starter" ($49/mo). Includes up to 3 cloud agents, TMRW Cloud Runtime, session chat + usage tracking, and standard ECS provisioning.

Complete Stripe Checkout

Enter your payment details and complete checkout. After payment, click "New Agent" to create your Webster agent.

Part 2: Creating Your Webster Agent

Configure Agent

On the New Agent page, set Agent Name to webster-marketo. Add runtime instructions describing Webster as a Marketo operations assistant. Click "Next: Runtime".

Select Runtime

Keep "TMRW Cloud Runtime" selected (Shell, Read/Write, Web tools on AWS ECS Fargate). Click "Next: Review".

Review & Deploy

Review your agent configuration and click "Create and Deploy Agent". Deployment takes about 1-2 minutes.

Copy Agent ID

Once deployed, your agent appears in the Agents list. Copy your Agent ID from the URL or agent card — you'll need this for the extension.

Part 3: Connecting Webster to Marketo

Navigate to Marketo

Go to experience.adobe.com, sign in with your Adobe ID, and navigate to Marketo Engage.

Open Webster Sidebar

Press Ctrl + Shift + W or click the Webster extension icon to open the sidebar.

Configure Agent Connection

Click the Settings (gear) icon in the sidebar. Enter your Agent ID (from Step 8) and set Backend URL to https://factory.tmrwgroup.ai. Click "Connect Agent".

(Optional) Add Marketo API Credentials

For direct API access, add your Marketo Instance URL, Client ID, and Client Secret. Find these in Marketo Admin → Web Services → REST API Endpoint.

Troubleshooting

Sidebar doesn't appear

  • Ensure you're on a Marketo URL (experience.adobe.com)
  • Reload the extension in chrome://extensions/
  • Refresh the Marketo page

"Agent not found" error

  • Verify your Agent ID is correct
  • Ensure your subscription is active
  • Check that the agent status is "Running" in Factory

Connection error

  • Check your internet connection
  • Verify Backend URL is https://factory.tmrwgroup.ai
  • Try refreshing the page
